Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.

Products

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Energised gemstones and personalised items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
