Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Astro Pandit website and services, operated by Butterbyte Private Limited (CIN: U62013DL2025PTC446528). By using the site, booking a consultation or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the services for lawful purposes.

Accounts & registration

Nature of our services

Astrology consultations, birth charts, kundli matching and remedies are provided for guidance, reflection and cultural/spiritual purposes only. They are based on traditional Vedic principles and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you take based on any consultation. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes or results.

Products & listings

All gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, pooja items and books are quality-checked and, where applicable, energised before dispatch. Product images are representative; natural items such as gemstones and rudraksha may vary slightly in colour, size, texture and markings, which is a sign of their authenticity and not a defect. We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately but do not warrant that all content is error-free.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway; Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry a nominal handling fee shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery of physical products is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review both before purchasing.
